This page lists third‑party sub‑processors that BioCV engages to support delivery of the Services. Each sub‑processor is bound by a written agreement imposing data protection obligations substantially equivalent to our DPA.

Notes:
- Payment card data is handled directly by our PCI‑certified payment provider acting as an independent controller; card details are not transmitted to BioCV servers.
- We will update this list at least 30 days before engaging any new sub‑processor.
Change Notifications & Right to Object
To receive updates, email info@biocv.org with subject "Subscribe sub‑processor updates". You may object to a new sub‑processor on reasonable data‑protection grounds within 30 days of notice. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate the affected Services without penalty.
